Who We Can Help
Anyone suspected of or accused of a crime. We can help you at any stage. We are registered to provide legal aid to pay for your costs. Our first interviews are free. The law on police questioning changed in October 2010.
You are now entitled to speak to a lawyer by telephone before the police question you.
You are also entitled to have a lawyer present whilst the police question you.
These are your rights and you should use them. We anticipated this change and established a 24 hour service to provide a lawyer to help you when you are at the police station at any time, day or night.
You should always ask for our lawyers to be informed immediately if you are to be questioned by the police. You can contact us as soon as you know the police want to speak to you. Do not wait until the police meet with you. If you or a member of your family needs help then call now to speak to one of our lawyers. Call 07507 559 139, your call will be diverted to one of our lawyers.
I cannot thank C&N enough for the support and representation in one of the most stressful times of my life. I cannot recommend C&N enough.
I have found them to be very professional and thorough, their lawyers go through every statement with the client and keep you informed about every aspect of your case. C&N got me off my last charge even though there was police evidence against me.
My family and I have found C&N defence to be extremely knowledgeable and professional in their use of the law and provision of a defence particularly in their understanding of the requirements to defend young people. I would like to recommend their services to anyone who requires a high quality defence.
As someone with no prior experience of the court I was guided through all the steps, had my queries answered, felt re-assured and had confidence in the representation that achieved my acquittal.
C&N go out of their way for you and are always on hand when you need them. Results have always went my way and for that I can't thank them enough. A lot of my freedom is owed to them.
